If You wish to walk in (without an appointment), we highly recommend that you call on the day of service for slot availability
(NOT DAYS IN ADVANCE)

We are no longer requiring $30 Deposit unless your Appointment is AFTER 5pm.
Meaning any booking after 5pm requires $30 to guarantee your appointment (the deposit will go toward your final balance)
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of service

bring your own hair supplies if you wish:
lotion, comb, extension hair (if pre-stretched)
we will use them at your request

Come with your hair washed and blown out straight (we can also wash it at the salon).
$10 wash service fee will be applied

IF YOUR HAIR IS DAMAGED or VERY SHORT, let us know in advance by calling the salon
as we may or may NOT be able to serve you if we feel that braiding your hair is NOT the best option for you.

IF YOU'RE GETTING KNOT-LESS BRAIDS
Your hair needs to be at least 4 inches long

AFTER YOUR VISIT:
It is your responsibility to take care of your hair.
Please report any problems or concerns within 24 - 48 hours and
we will be more than happy to resolve any issue at no cost to you (NO REFUND).
Always try to moisturize your hair and wrap it before bed at night.
Satin bonnet is recommended (available at any beauty supply store)
Prevent from pulling your braids that can cause hair loss.

If you have any question about a specific hair style or price,
call the shop during normal business hours (9am - 5pm)

Please inspect your braids thoroughly before leaving the salon.
We do not offer refunds, but will be more than happy to correct any issues with your braids
within 48 hours after serving you.
